I like how the word join is really joined together by each letter connecting to each other the only thing i would change is make each color a lighter shade of black so that each letter stands out on its own.
The letters joining together is a great idea but i would make the O without a dot in it to not take away the attention.
i like the way that you connected the letters with the top part of the "i". i think it symbolizes the word well.
